✔ Normal check-in and check-out time is from 02:00 PM to 12:00 PM. Should you require early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance. These options are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

✔ Outside food is not permitted within the premises(Special cases permitted).

✔ The operation hours of the Swimming Pool, Campfire, and Music are as per the schedules displayed at the property.

✔ The room rate is based on double occupancy. Additional guests can be accommodated in cottages at an extra charge of INR 700.00 per person, inclusive of additional floor mattresses. Children aged 6-12 years can stay for an additional charge of INR 500.

✔ Guests are requested to adhere to meal timings as displayed in their rooms. Meals or coffee/tea will not be served outside of these designated times.

✔ Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. HILLROWS reserves the right to refuse check-in if any payment is outstanding.

✔ All guests must submit an indemnity form during check-in. We regret that check-in cannot proceed without this submission.

✔ Please inform us of any specific food preferences prior to your arrival.

✔ The following items and activities are strictly prohibited on the villa/resort premises: Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable objects, Poisons, Drugs, Dangerous Animals, and Loud music.

✔ The balance payment must be settled on the first day before check-in. We do not permit check-ins without 100% payment.
